We will ship to any country around the world where the Postal Service, FED EX Or UPS delivers. At this time our cart only offers Postal Service rates but contact us is you prefer to use another shipping carrier.
Flat Rate Shipping
Shipping is flat rate calculated by total combined weight of the order ( no charge per item, no hidden fees). Small orders ship by the United States Postal Service and larger orders may ship by Fed Ex or UPS depending on what is the most cost effective. The Postage rates especially International have increased quite a bit over the past two years, we do not make money on shipping we charge you what it costs us to ship your order to you. We use flat rate envelopes wherever possible to save customers money and if we can ship for less than you paid we will issue a refund to your account.

We ship orders out 6 days a week, Monday – Saturday, excluding any federal holidays within the United States. In most cases, orders received before 1pm on a shipping day will be shipped that same day. During busy times it may ship the next day.

• The postal service does not guarantee any delivery date with First Class and Priority Mail, delivery times are an estimate only. If you need guaranteed delivery please upgrade to Priority Mail Express. (You can upgrade in the cart during check out).
Yes we will combine orders and refund shipping. This is only possible if both orders are pending shipment at the same time.
International Duty Fee’s
Any custom’s duty fees or taxes are to be paid by the customer, as required by the laws of the customer’s own country.
TRACKING / LOST PACKAGES
For tracking updates sent to your phone visit www.usps.com and enter the tracking number provided into the tracking update box. Call 1800 ASK USPS for further information. Please understand we have no control over your package once it has left our hands. There is no guarantee of any delivery date unless you paid for Express 1-2 Day delivery. A package is not considered lost until 3 weeks USA or 6 weeks International has passed. If your package has not arrived by this time please contact us to file an Insurance claim. All packages are insured at no extra cost to you.
INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES “DELIVERED TO ISCALA, IL or TORRENCE, CA”
It is common to see “Delivered to Iscala, IL or Torrence, CA” but it has not been delivered, it has arrived to a sorting center where it is transferred to the Postal Service and then carries on to your country. We agree it is confusing but rest assured your package is on its way and there may be no more updates until it arrives in your country.
We strongly advise to double check your address before placing an order. We ship only to the address provided by customer during check out. Addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped. Packages that are lost due to an incorrect address will be the buyers responsibility and will not be refunded. If a package is returned to us we will be happy to reship it once buyer pays the shipping fee.
If the tracking shows “Delivered” or “In at Mail Box” but you cannot find it please contact the Postal Service for assistance. Packages are often held at the Post Office waiting for you to collect. Please understand we are not able to locate a package once it has been declared delivered.
